QuickLLM - Terms

Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your use of QuickLLM — Private Local AI Workspace (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these terms and our General Terms of Use.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of the platform or purchase provider from which you obtained it.

Free Features

After the standard seven-day trial, the complete functional feature set remains available in Free, including:

  • Private local chat: Run conversations through packaged local inference with visible model, Profile, Knowledge, context, generation, and Stop state.
  • Model fit: Measure device capability, compare memory and storage needs, download verified models, and explain unsupported configurations.
  • Knowledge Bases: Ingest supported documents, build local indexes, retrieve grounded excerpts, and open citations at their source.
  • Profiles and LoRA: Save model, context, sampling, backend, and adapter combinations for repeatable work.
  • Templates and Actions: Reuse private prompts and run shared-text workflows that keep results available for copy, share, or conversation.
  • Portable control: Export conversations, run a desktop local API when explicitly enabled, and create encrypted backup and restore files.

Free may display mobile advertising and a daily desktop support reminder. No functional capability is removed solely because the trial ended.

QuickLLM Pro Subscription

QuickLLM Pro Yearly is an auto-renewable subscription that removes mobile ads and desktop reminders:

  • Subscription period: 1 year
  • Price: $0.99 USD per year (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
  • Auto-renewal: the subscription renews unless cancelled before the provider's stated renewal deadline
  • Payment: your store or purchase-provider account is charged when you confirm the purchase

QuickLLM Pro Lifetime

QuickLLM Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase:

  • Price: $4.99 USD (or the equivalent price shown by your store or purchase provider)
  • One payment removes mobile ads and desktop reminders for the lifetime of the supported product
  • No recurring charge

Pro Features

  • No mobile banner or interstitial advertising where advertising applies
  • No daily desktop support reminder
  • Support for continued QuickLLM development

Pro does not unlock a separate functional feature tier. App capabilities remain subject to platform, hardware, model, provider, permission, file-format, and third-party-service support.

Managing Your Subscription

iOS / macOS

  1. Open Settings or your App Store account.
  2. Select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select QuickLLM Pro.
  4. Choose the available management or cancellation option.

Android

  1. Open Google Play.
  2. Select your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select QuickLLM Pro.
  4. Choose Cancel subscription or another available management option.

Refund Policy

Apple and Google process purchases and refunds. Refund eligibility is governed by the store that completed the transaction. We cannot issue a store refund directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized activity. Do not expose the optional desktop API beyond a trusted boundary or use models and documents contrary to their licenses.

Data and Privacy

Prompts, conversations, documents, embeddings, retrieval, and generated text stay on-device.

Network use is limited to requested catalog/search, model download, update check, or an API endpoint you explicitly enable.

Mobile share inputs are temporary and external originals are never deleted.

App-owned workspace data and managed copies can be removed through the reviewed privacy workflow.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Local AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsafe. Verify important answers and citations independently.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The revision date on this page identifies the current version.

General Terms

These terms are subject to our General Terms of Use. If a mandatory platform or provider term conflicts with these terms, that mandatory term controls to the extent required.
