1. Scope
This policy explains the privacy practices of kakitiro.com ("we", "us", or "the developer") for the following Windows applications:

QuickApp and SnapTool are internal testing tools and are not public products covered by this Microsoft Store release policy.
2. Local-first processing
The QuickApps Windows products are local-first desktop applications. They may access personal information contained in files, folders, clipboard entries, notes, media, recordings, projects, connection profiles, or other content that you choose to open, create, import, or connect.
The developer does not receive this content merely because you use a QuickApp. The Windows products do not initialize advertising and do not send developer-operated telemetry or analytics. Core local workflows do not require a QuickApps account.
Some optional features can send information to a service, server, provider, or device that you choose. Those transfers occur only when you configure or invoke the feature. Section 5 describes the recipient types.
3. Information accessed by each product

The products may also store ordinary application preferences, accessibility settings, theme choices, recent-item references, error state needed to recover your work, and entitlement state.
4. Sensitive information
Some products are designed to work with information that may be especially sensitive:
- QuickMoney can contain financial records.
- QuickPedometer can contain activity, route, photo, and location-related records.
- QuickClip can contain clipboard content.
- QuickRecorder, QuickHumming, QuickTrack, QuickStudio, and QuickVideo can contain voice, audio, or video recordings.
- QuickNote, QuickEditor, QuickAgent, QuickLLM, QuickTask, and QuickTerminal can contain private documents, prompts, code, commands, or credentials.
- QuickRemote and QuickPad can exchange commands or clipboard content with devices you authorize.
The apps use this information only to provide the feature you choose. Sensitive content remains local unless you deliberately save it to a connected location, send it to a configured provider or device, share or export it, or contact support with it. Review content carefully before sending it to a third party.
5. Optional transmissions and disclosure recipients
A QuickApp may disclose information to the following recipient types when you choose the related feature:
- Storage and remote-computer providers. Examples include a cloud storage account, NAS, SMB server, WebDAV server, SSH/SFTP host, or remote computer that you configure. The selected files, credentials, paths, commands, or content necessary for the operation are sent to that provider or endpoint.
- AI, model, transcription, map, metadata, or other service providers. Prompts, selected content, audio, images, location-related queries, or other previewed inputs can be sent to a provider that you configure or explicitly invoke. Provider processing is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
- Paired devices on your local network or supported Bluetooth connection. QuickPad and QuickVibrator send only the pairing, control, clipboard, or pattern data required for the action that you authorize.
- Microsoft Store services. Microsoft may process purchase, subscription, entitlement, package, update, crash, and Store-service information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The developer does not receive your payment card details from the apps.
- Support and legal recipients. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users, the public, or our legal rights.
We do not sell or rent app content or personal information. We do not disclose it to advertising networks from the Windows products.
6. Storage and retention
App content, indexes, preferences, drafts, caches, histories, and recovery data are stored on your device or in a location that you select. Connection secrets and access tokens are stored using platform-protected credential storage when the feature supports saved credentials. Passwords and tokens are not included in Store listing data or certification notes.
Local data remains until you delete it through the app or operating system, remove the selected files, clear the related history or cache, reset the app, or uninstall it. Uninstalling an app may not delete documents or exports that you saved outside the app's private data directory.
Information stored by a cloud provider, remote server, AI provider, paired device, or Microsoft is retained under that recipient's settings and privacy policy. Disconnecting a provider stops future access but does not automatically delete data already sent to or stored by that provider.
7. Security
We design the apps to keep local content within user-selected storage, to avoid logging secrets, and to use platform-protected credential storage for supported saved credentials. Network features should use encrypted transports such as HTTPS/TLS or SSH/SFTP when personal information is sent.
The security of a server, network, account, provider, model endpoint, or device that you configure is also controlled by that third party and by your configuration. Do not send sensitive content to an endpoint you do not trust. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your controls
Depending on the product, you can:
- choose which files, folders, libraries, devices, accounts, servers, models, providers, or endpoints the app may use;
- decline optional microphone, library, local-network, Bluetooth, or other permission requests;
- review content before an optional provider, AI, export, sharing, pairing, or remote-control action;
- disconnect accounts and devices, revoke provider access, disable servers, and remove saved connection profiles;
- delete documents, projects, histories, indexes, caches, recordings, routes, financial data, clipboard entries, tasks, notes, or other local content;
- export supported data before deletion; and
- uninstall the app or contact us about information submitted directly to support.
Deleting local content does not delete a copy that you previously exported, shared, or stored with another provider. Use that provider's controls to manage its copy.
9. Children
The QuickApps Windows products are general-purpose productivity and utility tools and are not directed to children. Do not configure an app to collect or send a child's personal information unless you have the authority and legally sufficient consent to do so.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when product features, data practices, Store requirements, or laws change. We will post the revised policy with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
